On Sunday 3rd October, 2010 we will be holding our Autmn Retreat Day. Starting at 10am the day will include many activities focusing on bringing about balance and harmony to mind, body and spirit. Only when we achieve complete harmony between mind, body and spirit do we function correctly and make progress on our physical journey.
Throughout the day we will practice different forms of Meditation, Sophrology, Tai Chi Qigong, Native American Drum Healing and Yoga. These will include:

* Connecting with your higher self through the meditation

* Expanding your Aura for Spiritual Development

* Group Healing for the planet
